Studying in America and Canada
7.4 Discussion

Preparing for your trip is fairly straightforward. It is not necessary to make this an unnecessarily complicated and stressful exercise. The key items are your documents and a reasonable amount of money to carry you through the first few days or weeks after your arrival.

Upon arrival, focus on the necessities of paperwork, registering for courses, and dealing with the essentials of life like finding an accommodation, buying food and toiletries, opening a bank account, and so on.

Spend the first few days for exploring the new environment and meeting people. The people you meet would be the best resource for relevant information, guidance, advice and insights. They will also be your new friends and acquaintances.

And, learn about the new system of education.
