| With my green card, am I domestic or international student? |
I just got my permanent residency (green card) for the USA. I have done my graduation from India (B.Tech. Computer Engineering). The problem is that now I don't know my status for applying to colleges in USA for my Master's. The question is whether I am an international student or a domestic student? Kindly clear this doubt so that I can then think about opportunities for me in terms of financial aids, etc.
