How do I send someone my picture or a document?
You can send pictures, documents and other electronic files any time you want as long as your Web browser supports the attachment of files. Most modern browsers do this. In fact, most of them allow images and HTML files to automatically be displayed in your browser-based email interface. To see other types of files that are sent to you simply click on the file name and follow the instructions.

Can I put URLs into my email?
Yes. You can create a link to any valid Web page or email address by typing the complete address such as http://www.imahal.com. iMail automatically creates the link to this address. When the recipient receives your message, the address appears as a link that he or she can click to go directly to the Web site or to send a message.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
Don't worry, it happens more often than you'd think. If you've forgotten your password there are several ways for you to retrieve it. First, you can go to the iMahal website and fill out a form asking that iMahal send your password to the "other email account" you identified when you registered. Second, you can you can use that other email account to send a message to support@imahal.com explaining your situation. You will receive further instructions on how to reset your password. Third, you can call the Customer Support department at iMahal. Please note you will have to prove you are who you say you are, so having a well-crafted question and answer on the registration form is very important.

Why do my messages get returned to me?
If a message comes back to you then it is likely that you have sent it to an incorrect email address. Check the address for accuracy and try it again. If you're certain that you have typed the address correctly then the person you are sending to may be having trouble with their email account.

How much email storage space do I get with iMail?
iMail currently offers 3MB of storage space. You must keep your account below this limit, or iMail may need to remove some messages, and these cannot be recovered.

It says that I have reached my storage limit, what should I do?
This means that you have too many messages in your folders. Many times the culprits here are messages with large attached files or pictures. Try deleting some of the larger messages that you no longer need. Also, you may want to delete messages that are in your "Sent" folder and your "Trash" folder. This should get you up and running again!
