I am final year student of ec [?]. I want to appear in the GRE [Graduate Record Exam] in Sept-2002. Then in which batch I will get admission in the US? Will it make any problem for me to waste my year after completion of BE? GRE and Adnission, Surat, India

Dear GRE and Adnission:

The admission cycle for admission in the Fall (August-September) 2002 has already begun. Final decisions for all candidates will be made no later than the April-May 2002 timeframe. Because the GRE is required of applicants, taking the GRE in September 2002 will make you eligible for the Fall 2003 session.
