Abroad is a big place! The demand for web designers and immigration/visa requirements vary dramatically across countries. Most western countries have some visa allowance for highly skilled workers. But the demand for these work visas is extra-ordinary, and thus the receipt fiercely competitive. The process is fairly straightforward. An employer has to offer you employment and sponsor you for the employment visa. During the visa process, the employer must demonstrate to the government authorities that no such person could be found in the entire country to fill that position. We are afraid to say that your chances of migrating to the US, Canada, or UK, as a web designer, are nominal to nil.
