SubjectIs the "third way" of Tony Blair really political opportunism and convenience without any principles? Reply to this message

Tony Blair espouses neither the old labor, nor the right wing policies. He says that his approach confuses the traditional voters, who mistakenly think, "Yes, you may be competent but you believe in nothing." Has Blair articulated the principles of his "third way" clearly enough for others to understand the basis of his policy making, other than what the most recent polls may indicate? Is his approach a "new way" or the same old political opportunism disguised as the "third way"?

What do you think?
